Is my order complete it still says: processing?
YES! Your order has been accepted and is in the works. Status is always in the processing mode, even after it has shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped, in most cases, within 48 hours. You should get your package 3-5 business days after the order is placed. A notification email will be sent from our fulfillment house when your order has shipped.

How do I cancel my subscription to Times Alive?
Simply send a request to cancel@citycreek.com and we will cancel it for you.

How do I download my order?
Go to my account at the bottom of the home page. Find your recent order and click on the download link. Save it to your desktop and double click to open.

I ordered the Times Alive subscription. How long do I wait to have access?

An email with the activation code is sent immediately to your inbox. If you have not received it, please check your spam box.

What is your return policy?
We have a money back guarantee. If for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, pack it up with a copy of the invoice and write the reason for return. Send it to the warehouse address on the packing slip on Lyndale Ave. N. When the package is received we will process a refund less shipping costs.
