Why is it important to pick a simple user name for Online Times Alive?
Keep in mind that your students will use this name every time they login. They can either use your email address or username. So, it is wise to pick a simple username when you sign up (you will be asked during the shopping cart process to pick a username).
How do I get Online Times Alive to track progress?
Be sure the student’s name login is exactly the same as the one originally entered on the Login Page: Student Name.
How do I add or delete students with Online Times Alive?
To add a student, enter their name on the login page where it says: Student Name. Be sure student uses this exact name when they login in order to track progress and scores. At this time, there is no central panel to delete students. Just use a new name to add a student. You can erase tests to re-do them on a student record. If you want a student to start over to erase the icon that shows the lessons that are completed, just use a new name, ie. John1. Under one account you can track up to 30 students.
How do I see the progress of a student using Online Times Alive?
Go to the login page and login with the student name. View Progress report. Or, if you want to assign lessons for homework, ask your student to take a screenshot of the progress report (cntrl shift 4 on a Mac) and attach it to an email or else print their progress report and bring it to class.
How do I cancel my subscription to Online Times Alive?
Go to My Account. Click on Subscriptions in left column. Click on the one that says active. Click Cancel.

Where do I get the Times Alive App for my device?
From your device, open the App Store or the Google Play store and search for Times Alive. The Free Version at the Apple Store is called Times Alive Lite. It offers an in-app purchase to unlock the remaining lessons. The first three lessons are free. The version without in-app purchase is called Times Alive.
I paid for Apple App, it is asking me to pay again?
If you have purchased the Times Alive app and would like to download it to another Apple device you can do that without paying again if the device uses the same apple ID as the original purchase. Be sure that you are trying to download the original app you purchased. We have two apps. One is Times Alive Lite which allows for an in app purchase and the other is Times Alive, a one time fee. For Times Alive Lite you will get a “purchase now” button click on it and then click “restore”.

App Doesn’t Work on My Device
Once in a while, an older device, or operating system will not be compatible with the Times Alive App. If you have purchased the App and it is not working properly, please send an email describing the problem to email@example.com so we can remedy the situation.
When will I receive my order?

How much is shipping?
